Customer satisfaction study of WSW
In the second quarter of 2018, GLOBAL Scope Solutions carried out an international customer satisfaction study on behalf of WSW. The selection was made representative of the regional distribution within the customer base. The data were carried out in the form of telephone interviews (CATI) with an average length of approx. 15 minutes.
