Rod ends

Not only spherical plain bearings but also all types of rod ends belong to the standard product range of WSW.


Rod ends are units that consist of a housing and a spherical plain bearing. They are available with right hand male or female thread (for left-hand thread please contact WSW). For the standard mounted bearings please look on the page of the different rod end types. It is also possible to assemble different bearings (e.g. with seals or maintenance-free ones). Please compare the outer diameter and the width of the outer ring to find out which bearing will fit.

WSW can supply various types of rod ends, both maintenance-free and requiring maintenance. In case you need a stainless steel rod end please contact us.

Furthermore, the rod ends are also available with a special coating in order to withstand the special requirements of the offshore industry.
