Products and solutions
The company WSW Wälzlager has been one of the largest providers in the area of development and manufacture of special solutions in the area of:
- Spherical Plain bearings
- Rod ends
- Plain bearing bushes
- Agricultural machinery parts
- General rolling bearing program
The areas of application could not be more different:
From construction and agricultural machinery to sophisticated special solutions for regenerative energy generation, the offshore industry or maritime applications.
From the procurement of the raw material, through machining, customer-specific coating and assembly, WSW can fall back on a worldwide network. In order to meet customer requests even faster and more flexibly, the in-house production was expanded to include a 5-axis milling-turning centre. Specially trained employees were hired for this, who ensure a smooth process in shift operation. Another advantage is the robotic assembly for particularly heavy components, which also allows autonomous operation.
The goal is not only to deliver finished special parts, but, if possible, ready-to-install components including all required certificates and test reports. The most modern measuring techniques are available for quality assurance.
Thanks to generous stocking, customer-specific packaging and delivery "just in time", an "all-inclusive solution" is thus offered to the customer.
